You have been added to the City of Blaine's Emergency Notification System as you were already a part of our opt-in email system. This new system will be used to send out emergency notifications, such as:

  • Evacuations
  • Local threats
  • Other incidents that require rapid communication

This is not intended to take the place of the National Weather Service's warnings and alerts.

Since you are already a part of our system, visit mn-blaine.regroup.com/signup, go to the "Already a Member" section, type in your email, and select "Forgot your Password".  This will generate an email for you to reset your password and login to your existing profile.

Once you have logged into your account, ensure that you sign up for additional methods of receiving communications such as text, phone, cell, or email.
